  1. Take a pan add water and jagerry powder and melt it, make a jagerry syrup.
  2. Take another bowl add butter and mix jagerry syrup and whiske till it becomes fluffy..
  3. Add ji Ginger juice in it..
  4. The sieve wheat flour,baking powder,baking soda,mix spices. And then mix all dry ingredients in the butter and jaggery paste..
  5. Then add the grated ginger in it. Knead the batter like as dough..
  6. Keep batter in fridge for 15-20min. Let it set..
  7. Take out from the fridge and make a roll like as moti chapati or cut it using cookies cutter in the desired shape..
  8. Preheat oven/ or kadai for 10 min @ 170degree..
  9. Take a tray with Cookies silicone mould. And put cookies on that..
  10. Put the tray in oven or kadai for bake. Till it's colour become golden..
  11. Take out the tray from oven or kadai. Put tray on wire rack. Let it cool..
  12. Your jaggery ginger cookies are ready to serve. You can store cookies for 1 months in a air tight box..
